The Judith Wright Centre of Contemporary Arts incorporates a 300-seat performance space, art gallery, artist studios, a screening room, purpose built administration and storage facilities, workshops and theatre, music, dance and circus rehearsal spaces. Named after the late Queensland poet and environmental activist Judith Wright, the establishment of the centre was the result of a partnership between seven founding arts organisations and the Queensland Government. |
